Ashlee Guzman: Executive Manager
Ashlee Guzman is the Executive Manager of BenchMark Energy. She is responsible for financial activities including accounting and control, planning, and performance management. Ashlee brings 8 years of management experience - 3 years at the executive level. She has experience in finance, marketing, planning and strategy.
Michelle Coers: Operations Manager
Michelle Coers is the Operations Manager for Benchmark Energy. She is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations including managing relationships with vendors and customers, transportation of goods, generating invoices and exploring opportunities to enhance the industry. Michelle holds a degree from Ancilla Domini College where she graduated at the top of her class. She owned and operated her own company for several years and was also employed as a teacher. She most recently operated as the Manager of a franchise with $1.5 million in net sales.
Paul Langenfeld: Sales Manager
Paul Langenfeld is the Sales Manager for BenchMark Energy. His responsibilities include securing locations to purchase goods, exploring the market and procuring sales opportunities, and establishing relationships with current and potential clients. Paul has a Master's degree from the University of Saint Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has lived and studied internationally in Rome, Italy; Cairo, Egypt; Jerusalem, Israel; and Antigua, Guatemala. Over the last 20 years, he has been worked in sales, administration, communications, and public speaking all across the U.S., Canada, and South Africa . He has been featured numerous times on TV shows, radio programs, as well as newspaper and magazine articles. He owns three companies, partnered in two more, and founded a nonprofit organization to help people with disabilities and wounded veterans. (For his charity work, Paul was named the 2008 Humanitarian of the Year by the University of St. Thomas, and received an award from the Congress of the United States of America.) He holds one patent from the United States Patent Office, and has completed five marathons.
